Brad Rosser

Brad Rosser is one of the UK’s most respected business builders, who’s regularly featured in the press, radio and on TV. He began his career with the Bond Corporation where he was Executive Assistant to the Chairman reporting directly to Alan Bond. It was here that Brad gained a wealth of deal making experience and honed his entrepreneurial talents. Brad then went on to work with McKinsey and Co - the world’s most respected international management consultants.

Prior to striking out on his own, Brad was Group Corporate Development Director for the Virgin Group, working alongside Sir Richard Branson. At Virgin, he oversaw the launch and development of Virgin Direct, Virgin Active, and Virgin Vie, among other brands. Brad also led negotiations for the sale of 50% of Virgin Money to AMP.

He has also worked on a host of start-up ventures including assisting Unilever PLC to establish Unilever Ventures, an incubator/investor in Unilever start-ups, and Rocket Lifestyles, one of their investment arms. Brad joined Instant Access Properties in 2003 as Co-Founder and Vice-Chairman and he has been responsible for driving the company’s phenomenal profit growth over the last three years. Annual profits over this period have grown from £1m to £13m. Brad is also currently working with a wide variety of start up businesses; one of his many ventures includes cash back websites www.rpoints.com and www.cashbackkings.com which are recognized as leading cash back sites in the UK.

Brad studied at the University of Western Australia where he was awarded a Hackett Studentship, the University’s highest academic honour. This was followed by an MBA from Cornell University where he graduated with distinction.

Most recently Brad has founded the Better, Stronger, Faster Group which trains would be entrepreneurs in the necessary steps and critical process of setting up their own businesses.
