Mike has worked for Lloyds TSB for 25 years, the majority of which he has spent working with smaller business customers, although he has also spent time working with larger corporates and working as a trainer specialising in training the bank's business managers.
He now heads up the team who look after the recruitment of the bank's Business customers and was part of the team that wrote the bank's current business planning tools.
