Preet Chahal, Co-founder, ihotdesk

Preet has a degree in Management and computer science from Aston University and an MSc in Intelligent Management Systems. He is 39 years old, married with 2 children and has spent all his working life in IT, with various companies, including Nokia, JP Morgan and ABN Amro.

It was only when dealing with many suppliers and clients in his career that he realised that parts of the market were under serviced. Thus ihotdesk was born, 8 years ago, with his co director, to service the IT needs of the SME market.

Initially, Preet focused on the operational side and has now moved over to the Sales Director role as the company has expanded. ihotdesk have won a number of awards along the way, one from the DTI. Finally, the future brings many opportunities for Preet and ihotdesk as they look to expand their services.
